Make Extra Money Online from Article Submission

Everybody needs information whether you’re a student, housewife, or a factory worker. These days, people can get information easily in the internet and people are hungry for good quality information from quality articles. This is where your role comes in. Google wants great articles to serve the demands, and you provide good articles for Google. Since articles are so much needed by people, we can grab this opportunity to our own advantage by turning those well written articles into our traffic and backlink sources to boost our ranking in the SERP. If you want to make money online, you’d want your site to rank high in all the search engines result page. Here are some tips to do it :

1. Re-write your old blog posts

You don’t have to start from scratch all the time. If you already have a blog or website with great information, you can just re-write those articles into more formal and lengthy ones. You don’t need to spend hours thinking of points to include in the articles because you’ve done it before and it’s there. Just grab one or two main points from each paragraph of your old articles, elaborate them using your own words without looking at the original’s and 30 minutes later, you’ve got yourself a new article to be published.

2. Use other sources of information to get contents

If you trying to write something new, chances are you don’t have many information to write about. Why don’t you try Wikipedia or other informative websites to search for some points to include in your articles. Don’t copy them and don’t be a scraper. Instead, learn from those websites, extract their main points, go away and write your articles based on those points with your own words. Again, don’t duplicate the contents, but give them a new perspective.

3. Use popular long tailed keywords in your articles

After compiling all the points that you want to write about, next comes the process of putting good keywords inside the article. It’s no use of writing long articles without a good keyword density. You’d want the articles to get rank high for certain keywords so pay particular attention to your keyword density. For example, if you want to write about ways to make money online, make sure the phrase ‘make money online’ occurs multiple times in your article. But careful not to overdo it though.

4. Linkback to your blog or site

This is equally important as having high keyword density. After you’ve attracted traffic from search engine to read your articles, next comes the part where they will go to your main blog or site that you’re hoping to get more traffic. I’ve made a lot of mistakes in the past by not putting some links back to this blog when posting articles to other websites so make sure you don’t do the same. Put two or three links in your main article body and probably one link in the author’s profile. Don’t forget to use anchor texts (preferably not the same anchor text all the time to avoid bombing Google) for all the links. For example, I would use make extra money as the anchor text for this blog because I want www.ahmadaffzan.com to rank high for this keyword.

5. Submit to hundreds of article submission sites

Finally, when everything is done, it’s time to submit your articles to those article submission sites. There are plenty of them out there with high page rank. Backlinks from those sites will surely help in increasing your ranking in search engines although you have to bear in mind that not all will accept your articles. But if 40 out of 50 high rank websites accept them, that’s more than enough to make you happy.

I would prefer Instant Article Submitter since the submission process is automatically done simultaneously to all the article submission sites. For Article Submitter however, the process is more or less semi-automatic where you still need to visit each individual websites to submit your articles. I would recommend using these softwares since it saves you A LOT of time submitting your quality articles to all those sites. What next?

Just sit back and wait for the traffic to come. Plus, you’ll get your much needed backlinks from high PR sites. So in short, submitting your articles to those sites gets you TRAFFIC + BACKLINKS. Marvellous isn’t it?

I wrote similar post in my blog before, on how to write articles and how to create article title that sells.

Like you suggest, I also submit my articles automatically to article directories using article submission service. I review this article submission service in my blog posts above.

I submitted just one article to ezinearticle before since I never really sure about article marketing and how to do it the proper way.

How much traffic it generated? Not a lot. Why?
1) Lack of keywords in the post
2) Not very appealing title
3) I never linked back to this blog except in the author’s profile
4) It’s just one article and submitted to just one website

I’ve already edited the article and it’s under review at the moment. I’ll post more articles using these rules that I mentioned in this post, and report back to you with my new statistics. Why don’t you try it too? I’m sure you’ll see significant results .

Yup I just realized it. Article marketing is one of the ways you should do to make your website popular. I’ve learned it through other people success stories and my own investigation of other people’s websites .

There’s one downside with article marketing though… remember, there’ll be article thefts too. I got some of my articles copied without my author byline.

By the way, you can also manipulate your blog feeds to generate free traffic, too I’ve been experimenting with it.

My blog posts have been stolen quite a number of times through blog feeds, and they even ping me back! I don’t know if those scrappers are just plain stupid or they did that intentionally. Do you have any suggestions on what action most suitable to this type of people? I normally ignore them but punishing them seems fun too. LOL
